SONGY PARTNERS WELCOMES SPENCER PATTON TO ATLANTA TEAM

ATLANTA, April 28, 2007 - SSongy Partners Limited announces the addition of Spencer Patton to its Atlanta team as senior vice president of acquisitions. In that role, he will assume the lead in certain acquisitions of office projects, office building developments, development sites and hotel acquisition. He will also directly assist with the fund-raising for S.R.E.I and Fund II.  

Patton brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the position, most recently as a senior vice president at Wells Real Estate. While at Wells, Patton was responsible for sourcing, securing and closing real estate transactions greater than $10 million. In three and a half years, he worked on and closed more than $1.9 billion in 27 transactions.

Patton earned a bachelor's of science in business administration from Washington and Lee University. He earned his masters of business administration from Emory University.
