SONGY PARTNERS WELCOMES PATRICK COMISKEY TO ATLANTA TEAM

ATLANTA, April 28, 2007 - Songy Partners Limited announces the addition of Patrick Comiskey to its Atlanta team as a controller. In that role, he will develop accounting policies and procedures, manage preparation of financial reports and will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and accuracy of Songy Partners' financial reporting.  

Comiskey brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the position, most recently as a senior assistant controller at Cousins Properties. While there he was responsible for the supervision of three project accountants, fifteen office properties and partially responsible for office division financial statements.

"Patrick has an impressive record of improving internal systems resulting in increased net income," said David Songy, CEO and co-founder of Songy Partners Limited. "We appreciate what he brings to the table."

Comiskey earned his master of accountancy and bachelor's of science in accounting from The University of Georgia. He is Certified Public Accountant, with a Georgia License.
