Songy Partners Welcomes Jesse C. Clark To Atlanta Team

ATLANTA, July 26, 2006 - Songy Partners Limited announces the addition of Jesse C. Clark to its Atlanta team as a senior investment associate. In that role, he is charged with executing the firm's investment and development strategy. Clark brings more than six years of commercial real estate experience to the position, most recently as an advisor in Ernst & Young's Real Estate Advisory Services Group. Clark also worked as a senior market analyst in Phoenix, Arizona and as a commercial real estate associate in Orlando, Florida.

Clark served as a medical specialist in the Georgia Army National Guard, for which he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Clark received an Honorable Discharge in June 2004.
