Songy Partners LLC Develops Eagle's Landing Office Park
in Suburban South Atlanta
Eagle's Landing Office Park brings new Class-A development to Henry County, one of the fastest growing municipalities in the U.S.
ATLANTA, March 9, 2007 - Songy Partners LLC will develop Eagle's Landing Office Park, a Class-A office complex in Henry County, Georgia's fastest growing county and one of the fastest growing municipalities in the U.S.
Located on Patrick Henry Parkway on the last remaining commercial parcel adjacent to Eagle's Landing Country Club, Eagle's Landing Office Park will consist of three 24,000-square-foot office buildings overlooking the third and fourth holes of the club's golf course, which was designed by Tom Fazio. Songy has begun development of the first two office buildings, which are slated for third-quarter completion, and will begin the third upon significant pre-leasing or sales. Jeremy Tallant of Commercial Assets Group leases the property on Songy's behalf.
Songy is considering both office-condo and for-lease opportunities for corporate and medical-office users and local entrepreneurs. The site is adjacent to Interstate 75's Eagle's Landing interchange and Henry Medical Center, and the southside location is minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Wakefield Beasley & Associates designed Eagles Landing Office Park, and Brasfield & Gorrie is serving as general contractor.
