Songy Partners Closes On Phase One of New 21-Acre Eagle's Landing Office Development in Henry County

ATLANTA, August 28, 2006 - Songy Partners LLC has purchased the first six acres of its master-planned, 21-acre Eagle's Landing office development in Stockbridge on Patrick Henry Boulevard. Songy Partners will purchase subsequent land parcels in five-acre increments annually over the next four years from Killearn Properties, the developer of Eagle's Landing. The office development overlooks the prestigious Eagle's Landing Country Club golf course and is adjacent to the Georgia Power Customer Care Center.

"This development has some very impressive corporate and residential neighbors. They are a testament to the quality of this location from a logistical and community standpoint," said David Songy, CEO and co-founder of Songy Partners LLC. "Aesthetically, these buildings will offer spectacular views of the Eagle's Landing golf course."

Situated on Patrick Henry Boulevard between the Eagle's Landing Parkway and Jodeco Road exits off I-75, Eagle's Landing offers two convenient options for ingress and egress via the interstate. The first phase of the project will include three 25,000 square foot, three-story office buildings aimed at office and medical office users. Songy Partners will offer space for lease or for purchase in the form of condominium ownership.
