CRESAPARTNERS SECURES LEASE FOR TATUM LLC
EXPANSION TO DALLAS, TEXAS

ATLANTA, June 10, 2007 - CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the completion of a 17,233-square-foot lease for Tatum LLP, which is opening a new office in Dallas.

CresaPartners, based in Atlanta, will be brokering a number of new offices around the country on behalf of Tatum - one of the fastest-growing executive and consulting firms in the U.S. Tatum chose Dallas as the firm's first expansion city after the firm acquired the Dallas The Controller Group, LLP (TCG) and merged its financial consulting business into a division of Tatum. Tatum is headquartered in Atlanta at the SunTrust Plaza.

"With our recent acquisition of Texas-based TCG, it was important for us to maintain a presence in the Dallas market and CresaPartners was instrumental in helping us locate the perfect venue for expanding our operations, " said Lida Bayne, director of operations for Tatum in Atlanta. "We look forward to working with CresaPartners as we move to expand into new cities throughout the U.S. in the near future."

The terms of the lease at the One Lincoln Centre in Dallas are $2.62 million for seven years. Jim Byrd, principal, and Blake Dexter, associate director with CresaPartners in Atlanta, and Greg Langston, principal, in Dallas, represented Tatum in its leasing of the 17,233-square-foot facility. Cousins Properties represented the landlord, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, for the benefit of its Real Estate Account, LLC.

"This is the first of many major rollouts that Tatum and CresaPartners will perform together as we strive to bring our growing financial services to burgeoning markets," said Doug Payne, managing partner for Tatum's Dallas office. "Our continued efforts to provide the best financial consulting in areas of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and accounting and financial services are greatly benefited by having a partner in Cresa that shares our vision," he said.
