CRESAPARTNERS NEGOTIATES NEW LEASE FOR
FELLOWS LABRIOLA LLP AT PEACHTREE CENTER

ATLANTA, July 18, 2007 - CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, announced the completion of a lease renewal for Fellows LaBriola LLP, on the 23 rd floor of the Peachtree Center-South Tower in downtown Atlanta. Billy Hobbs, principal, and Jason Jones, director, with CresaPartners in Atlanta, represented Fellows LaBriola in its 11,603-square-foot lease renewal. The facility serves as the base of operations for this trial-and-litigation law firm that specializes in conducting a sophisticated litigation practice in complex cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

"Fellows LaBriola continues to enjoy much success and we took into consideration the fact that their current space allotment at Peachtree Center might not be enough for their future plans," said Hobbs. "After searching for other suitable facilities, we reached an agreement for them that would secure expansion rights for the remaining space on the 23 rd floor of the Peachtree Center, so they were more than happy to stay," he said.

In re-leasing the property, Fellows LaBriola signed a six-year deal that was finalized on June 30. Mike Werner of CBRE represented the landlord, America's Capital Partners in the leasing agreement.

"We've come to enjoy the many amenities the Peachtree Center and its surrounding location has to offer in terms of accessibility to virtually everything we need," said Hank Fellows, founding partner of Fellows LaBriola.
