CRESAPARTNERS FINALIZES NEW LEASE FOR
CABOT CORPORATION IN ALPHARETTA
ATLANTA, July 31, 2007 - CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, announced the completion of a new lease for Cabot Corporation, at the Windward Ridge 300 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Jason Jones, director, and Billy Hobbs, principal, both with CresaPartners in Atlanta, represented Cabot Corporation in its leasing of the 43,200-square-foot facility that will continue to serve as the regional headquarters of the global specialty chemical and materials company.
"When working with Cabot Corporation, we strategically evaluated their current needs, growth, expansion plans and current space allotment and came to agreement that the facility off of Windward Ridge Parkway in Alpharetta that they were already in was the right fit," said Jones. "The facility will undergo a complete refurbishing to incorporate new technologies and design meant to improve operational efficiencies for Cabot."
Cabot Corporation signed a 10-year lease renewal that will keep their North American regional operations in Alpharetta. John Downing represented the landlord, McDonald Development.
