SUPERIOR COMMERCIAL ROOFING ANNOUNCES
RELOCATION IN METRO ATLANTA

ATLANTA (May 6, 2005) – Following a period of continuous and rapid expansion, Superior Commercial Roofing, a full service firm specializing in commercial roofing systems, has purchased a new Atlanta metropolitan location in Tucker, Georgia.

Superior Commercial Roofing will be quadrupling its office and warehouse space to 40,000 square feet, a vast expansion from its current location of 13,000 square feet. The project is a result of more than a decade of growth for the company, which has experience in all types of commercial roofs, including preventive maintenance, 24-hour emergency leak repair, and re-roofing.

“This move provides the space for expected growth in all facets of our business, including our data center for remote access by clients, expected over the next ten years,” said Anthony Mills, Chief Executive Officer of Superior.

“As customers look for faster, lower cost, more accurate ways to best manage and extend the life of their roof assets, our ability to provide them with preventive maintenance, maintenance history, and planned budgets, all remotely accessible by the customer when they need the information, for 5 to 10 year increments will help them to substantially lower cost and lost income along with dramatically increasing customer retention and satisfaction,” Mills continued.

The company plans to relocate to the new address at 4701 Granite Drive, Tucker in early July 2005. The move will bring extensive flexibility and availability as a result of the larger location.
