About Songy Partners Limited Songy Partners Limited (SPL) is a commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, with company offices and projects in Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Mexico City, Knoxville, Boca Raton, Fort Myers, Lafayette, and Dallas. The partnership was formed to acquire, renovate and develop institutional quality real estate projects throughout the United States. SPL focuses primarily on urban infill development projects with particular emphasis in office and hotel sectors. Additionally, the company acquires strategically located unimproved sites in selected markets for ground up development projects. A wholly owned subsidiary, Songy Partners Realty, Ltd. (SPRL) provides third party management, leasing and brokerage services for both institutional owned income properties and for SPL owned properties.
