Schroder Public Relations Takes Top Honors in Industry Videography Awards

ATLANTA, July 30, 2008 – Schroder Public Relations was recently awarded the 2008 Videographer Awards Award of Excellence for “201 Seventeenth Street” and a Hermes “Gold” Award for the agency’s production of Perkins + Will’s Blythewood High School video project.

The recent acknowledgements represent the third award for Schroder Public Relations Creative Services Manager Reid Childers this year, and his sixth since 2007.

"It’s been a great experience being recognized for our team work and commitment to excellence in creative services," Childers said. “Our firm celebrated our Five Year Anniversary this year, and we look forward to continuing to grow in our digital media department.”

Schroder Public Relations has been a staple at many industry award shows and wins have included:

  • Aurora Awards, 2007
  • AEGIS Awards, 2007
  • The Videographer Awards, 2008
  • Hermes Awards, 2008

Schroder Public Relations President Chris Schroder said the progress Childers has made in his three years with Schroder PR has been a boon to the firm. "Reid is a great guy, but he is also very talented. It’s amazing to watch an Economics Major from Washington and Lee University become this master videographer. Its really extraordinary."
