This year’s annual Fall Tenant Appreciation Event will transform Level E of the parking deck into a red carpeted Hollywood scene on Wednesday October 8, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The long-standing annual AFC tradition of award-winning barbeque will be served for lunch, along with hot dogs, and delicious sides and desserts. Tenant Services Coordinator Tiffany Davis said Hines’ annual event will include a Hollywood walk of fame, an array of giveaways, Hollywood impersonators and even an “American Idol” style talent contest among tenants.

“We are looking for 10 people to volunteer to sing and participate in our ‘AFC American Idol’,” Tiffany said. The winner will receive a grand prize and the contest will be judged by none other than Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell impersonators. The “Idol” show should be great entertainment for onlookers and especially amusing for participants’ coworkers.

The event will also feature randomly chosen winners for giveaways including gift cards, gas cards and electronics. Attendees will also be able to have their photo taken in the Hollywood Photo Station – photos will be printed on site for everyone to take back to their offices.
