Crystal Lee has been doing a whole bunch of walking.

As the newly hired Hines Staff Assistant beginning April 30, Crystal has spent the last month getting to know tenants in the North, East and South towers of the Atlanta Financial Center by strolling the halls, learning tenants’ names and making friends.

“It’s a huge space, but walking the building has helped me so far,” Crystal said. “I love the tenants here. Every person I have encountered has been polite and joyful to work with.”

Her new role at Hines will consist of acting as the primary contact when taking tenant requests and concerns, in addition to answering phones and supporting Hines staff members.

“I want our tenants to know that I am here for them. Any concern you have, even if it seems minor, please do not hesitate to call because we are here for you,” Crystal said.

The Augusta native, who is a graduate of Tuskegee University and DeKalb Technical College, enjoys reading, shopping, cooking, collecting wine and bird watching in her spare time.

Before she joined Hines, Crystal worked in property management at Midtown’s Colony Square.
